| Job Description |
- Find authors/reviewers for books that Packt knows it wants to
publish, but has no author/reviewer for and introduce them to the books
acquisition editor.
- Find authors/reviewer of unpublished or
self published content who might republish their material with Packt,
and introduce them the appropriate acquisition editor
- Keep track of open discussions with authors and ensure that they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
- Coordinate with Acquisition Editors to re-use authors when book projects are completed
- Work
with the Packt Author-Reviewer Database adding new contacts,
maintaining existing ones, and using it to find potential authors for
AEs
- Reports/MIS to be maintained on a daily basis

- A year experience in customer service operations
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a team
